The American Civil War

This is hands-on learning at its best! In this Civil War kit, students will experience how the people of this era actually lived. Students can read an authentic 1864 newspaper, try on a replica Union coat and hat, and examine a haversack that includes a mess kit, grooming items, and playing cards. Other helpful teaching tools include: an activity book, Civil War Encyclopedia, era music, replica currency, bulletin board helpers, and much more!
