What's it take to get a library card? |
|||
|
All you need to get your very own Plain City Public Library Card is a photo I.D. (driver's license or state I.D.) OR 2 other valid pieces of I.D. Please remember that your current address MUST appear on your identification. Parents are REQUIRED to sign for their minor children. Children under the age of 18 WILL be allowed to borrow Videos/DVDs rated G, PG, PG-13, and non-rated material unless their parent signs an "Only Children's Video Form." This form limits children to items located in the children's collection. Please read our entire video and DVD policy. Parents may also limit their minor children's access to the Internet on their child's library card application. Please contact the Circulation Department for our complete policy. |
