Need Help Paying Your Energy Bills This Winter?

 
     
 

Community Action Partnership will be at the Plain City Public Library on the first Thursday of every month to assist you with your heating or energy bills. If you are a Union or Madison county resident and need help, please stop by your library and take advantage of this program!

The Community Action Organization of Delaware, Madison & Union Counties, Inc. is a private non-profit agency, with IRS 501 (c) (3) status, dedicated to planning, implementing, and coordinating programs designed to impact social and economic problems. The Agency was established in 1965 as a result of the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964. CAO is a collaborative partner in the tri-county area with local governments, churches, social service agencies, business and industry, civic and community groups, and interested individuals.
