Get in Shape with Wii Fit |

Wii Fit offers games and exercises to improve muscle tone and balance to help you get in shape. You can also track your weight, BMI, and time spent exercising from week to week to get a picture of how your health is progressing over time. The February 4 program is an introduction to the program that will run into March. Participants should still wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to learn the basics of the Wii Fit equipment.
